Alright so let’s just say it—womens loungewear is no longer just for chillin’ at home on a lazy Sunday (tho that is still very valid). Loungewear basically took over closets everywhere and now it is like, part of the real outfit rotation. And honestly? Thank goodness for that.
At LAS Travel & Loungewear, we are all about that vibe where you feel good, look good, but also like… you did not suffer in jeans. Ever again. If you know, you know.
So, here’s a few loungewear trends we are seeing (and wearing) a lot lately — and no, they are not just “trends,” they are basically lifestyle now.
1. Sets that Match But Do Not Try Too Hard
Okay so matching sets are not new — but they are still the go-to. You do not have to think too hard when the top and bottom already go together.
And they make you look put together even if your hair is doing something weird and you have not had coffee yet. Our favorites are the ones that are soft but also do not look like you are about to sleep (even if you might nap later).
2. Neutrals Are Still Ruling
Beige, dusty rose, cream, oatmeal, taupe, whatever you wanna call it — the calm colors are in. They feel a little fancy even when you are just sitting on your couch eating snacks.
Also they go with literally everything. Throw a trench over your cream jogger set and you could end up on someone’s Pinterest board by accident.
3. Wide-Leg Pants That Feel Like Air
If you are still wearing tight leggings all day… girl, you are stronger than most of us. Wide-leg lounge pants are way comfier and still look like actual style.
They move when you walk, they give you breathing room (especially after tacos), and they just make sense. We are real into them here at LAS Travel & Loungewear, especially for travel cause who wants to feel squeezed on a plane seat?
4. Textures Matter More Than You Think
Sometimes the only difference between “I rolled out of bed” and “effortless but cool” is the texture of the fabric.
Waffle knit, ribbed stuff, that soft crinkly cotton? Yes to all of it. Even if your outfit is basic, textures make it feel like you tried. Bonus: you kinda wanna pet your sleeves all day.
5. Layering Is Not Just for Winter
Tanks under hoodies, robes over crop tops, big cardigans with joggers… it is like building an outfit but also building a cozy fort around yourself.
Good loungewear should be layerable. Not sure if that is a word, but you get what we mean.
6. A Little Color Never Hurt Nobody
Neutral is safe, yeah, but sometimes you wanna walk past a mirror and smile cause your outfit is like, happy.
Soft lilac, light blue, sage green — even a burnt orange if you are feeling bold. One colorful piece in your loungewear set can totally change your mood (real talk, we tested it).
7. Dresses and Rompers So You Do Not Need Pants
Some days, pants are a no. For those days, throw on a lounge dress or a romper and call it done.
It is one piece, no matching needed, and if you pick the right fabric it feels like a blanket but looks like a real outfit. We are dropping more of these soon because, honestly, we are living in them over here.
8. Loungewear You Can Travel In
This one’s personal. If you have ever sat on a long flight in stiff jeans or a dress that kept riding up, then you know — womens loungewear that you can wear on the go is not optional.
It has to be soft, not wrinkle in your suitcase, and not scream “I am wearing pajamas in public” (even if you kinda are).
At LAS Travel & Loungewear, this is kinda our whole thing. Comfort that still looks cute at the gate and even cuter when you land.
Just Gonna Say It…
Loungewear is not a trend. It is a whole lifestyle now. And the best part? You do not have to choose between style and comfort anymore.
We are not about chasing fast fashion or stuff that only looks good on Instagram. Our pieces at LAS Travel & Loungewear are made for real people doing real life. Working from home, airport days, grocery runs, couch marathons, whatever.
So if your closet is looking kinda tired or your current loungewear is giving “college T-shirt from 2011,” maybe it is time for a little upgrade. Just saying.
